In 2024, to celebrate the 30th anniversary of ICEPT, the conference has specially set up the ICEPT Lifetime Achievement Honorary Award and the ICEPT Outstanding Contribution Honorary Award.
The ICEPT Lifetime Achievement Honorary Award, as one of the prestigious awards in this field, is dedicated to recognizing professionals who have made a profound impact on the industry throughout their careers. These experts have been involved in the organization and planning of the conference since its establishment in 1994, achieving remarkable accomplishments and breakthroughs in the field of electronic packaging. Over the past 30 years, they have played a guiding role in the orderly development of ICEPT by holding various important positions in the conference organizing committee and have continuously made contributions and efforts to the conference.
